An Enclosed Vegetable Patch – Safety Net from Wild Life
Warning: This is a picture heavy post about the making of this enclosed vegetable patch. I built it about 2 years ago, when we moved into our current house. The design is similar to the one I had built in our previous house about 10 years ago, but that was about one third in size of this current one. Hand Painted Roller Blinds – Take Two
In our previous house, I had bought identical blinds for the windows for both of my daughters' rooms, but both ended up looking totally different from each other because of the way they were painted to suit the rooms they were in. Hand Painted Roller Blinds – Take One (And how to get clean crisp lines with masking tape without getting the paint bleed under the edges)
Can you imagine, these are the basic white roller blinds, which I painted for my daughter's room in our previous house. My daughter found this bicycle stencil and wanted that design on the blinds. Of course I tried stenciling the blinds before abandoning that idea. To get the stencil in perfect line, I first taped the whole blind surface with masking tape in straight lines.
